Born out of a passion for flavor forward condiments and a love for spice, Luci & Pharaoh was founded in Toronto during the summer of 2021. Our slogan is “Culinarily inspired; Forever curious”. Our search for forgotten regional flavors lead us to create our premium hot sauces & condiments. We pride ourselves in using local produce & Ontario-grown peppers fermented for 6 months.

What is “Culinarily Inspired”?

To create our premium hot sauces & condiments, we combine advanced culinary techniques, exotic ingredients, & regional flair. From the slow fermenting of our Carolina Reapers to the months-long ageing of our black garlic, we pride ourselves in taking the time to bring out the best in our ingredients. This process helps create unique flavour profiles and unforgettable dining experiences.

Inspired by a love for travel & culinary exploration, our goal is to find ingredients from all over the world to not only create new & distinctive flavors but also rediscover lost ones.
